I am currently offering sliding scale and limited pro bono EMDR sessions for survivors of the Texas Hill Country flooding disaster.

Growing up can be challenging, joyful, and overwhelming. I’m here to help hold space for your child as they navigate fitting in at school, queerness, identity, building healthy relationships, and taking those big steps in life.

If you have experienced trauma/abuse, are looking for help with your sexual or gender identity explorations, or just want a therapist with lived experience who won’t make everything in therapy about your queerness or transness, I got you. I’ll work collaboratively with you to find and heal your core self.

All relationships take work, love, and patience. You and your partner(s) can have communicative, respectful, strong, joyful and safe relationship(s). We’ll find the path together for y’all to bridge the differences, heal what’s been hurtful, and increase your intimacy.

I’m here for you if you need a place to navigate your chosen family or you want a space to heal alongside your biological family. We’ll navigate the ins and outs of challenges related to new life events, transness, queerness, trauma, and growing up together.

I believe that a big part of healing happens in community. Stay tuned for future teen and adult group offerings.

I want to provide you or your group free trainings! I would be honored to speak and present at your school, therapist training, and other groups. I am also available for expert panels, informational sessions, networking, and parent groups.
